Part 1 Of The Order: Purchase Of Computers.2.1.1 The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of: 15 Desktop Computers With An Operating System, Keyboard And Mouse.2.1.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 3A To Swz2.1.3 The Contractor Applying For The Contract Is Obliged To Indicate In The Content Of The Tender Form For A Desktop Computer: Name Of The Manufacturer And Model Of The Computer; Manufacturers Name And Processor Model; Name Of The Manufacturer And Model Of The Motherboard And Declare That The Offered Equipment Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Appendix No. 3A To The Swz.2.1.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contractual Provisions (In Appendix No. 4A To The Swz).2.1.5 The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Equivalent Solutions, In Accordance With The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Specified In Appendix No. 3A To The Swz For Software That Has Been Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. In The Event Of Referring To Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions Offered By Him Meet The Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party Used To Assess Equivalence, Specified In Appendix No. 3A To Swz.2.1.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Those With The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, Social Cooperatives And Other Contractors.2.1.7 In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Did Not Specify The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 1 Pzp.2.1.8 The Ordering Party Does Not Request A Label From The Contractor And Does Not Indicate The Applicable Requirements Of A Specific Label, Referred To In Art. 104 Pzp.
