The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Specialist Counseling Services As Part Of The Services Provided By The Crisis Intervention Center And Supervision For Cci Employees In 2026.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To Swz -Opz Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Above-Mentioned Documentation Is An Attachment To The Swz And Is Available On The Website Of The Procedure: Https://Ezamowienia.Gov.Pl/Mp-Client/Tenders/Ocds-148610-Af0ced4e-Ff6f-424D-A86a-43A115c71ebe4. The Number Of Hours Of Service Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Estimated (Maximum) Amounts And In Justified Cases, And In Consultation With The Contractor, The Ordering Party May Reduce The Number Of Ordered Hours, Both In A Given Month And Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.5. Detailed Conditions For The Provision Of The Service: A) The Service Will Be Provided In The Wieliczka District, At The Headquarters Of The District Family Assistance Center In Wieliczka (32-020 Wieliczka, Ul. Niepołomska 26G). The Building Is Fully Adapted To The Needs Of People With Various Types Of Disabilities. B) Each Time The Place Of Service Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Provides A Room/Office In Order To Provide The Service, Equipped With Basic Office Equipment (Furniture) And An Electrical Connection. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Access To The Internet Or The Possibility Of Making Printouts/Copies Of Documents. C) The Hours Of Service Provision Do Not Include The Time Of: Travel And Return, Including To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Meetings, Etc., Preparation Of Time Sheets And Other Documents Related To The Settlement Of The Order And Formal Documentation Of Its Execution. D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Applicable Provisions On The Protection Of Personal Data. Terms Of Timeliness And Correctness At All Times, At The Place Of Actual Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. F) Remuneration For The Services Will Be Calculated Based On The Hours Actually Worked.
