1. Basic Scope: Basic And Dietary Diets - The Subject Of The Order Are Catering Services - Including The Preparation Of All-Day Hospital Meals (As Well As Single-Dish And Dietary Meals) And Their Delivery To The Distribution Point Located In The Main Building Of The Ordering Party, At Ul. Korczaka 27 In Katowice, On The Ground Floor (Basement) - Next To The Side Staircase Equipped With A Hospital-Type Elevator: There Is A Need For Manual Transport By The Contractors Employees From The Means Of Transport To The Indicated Place Of Distribution. A) It Is Estimated That 190 To 210 People Will Eat Meals A Day, The Contractor Will Provide One Additional Lunch Meal As A Model Meal To Check The Quality Of The Dish And The Weight Of The Meal. B) The Contractor Should Ensure The Preparation Of Meals Taking Into Account The Diets Recommended By The Ordering Party, Within The Price Proposed In The Offer In Relation To The So-Called Person-Day, And Based On The Characteristics Of Diets And Their Types For Adults (Annex No. 4A To The Regulation Of December 12, 2025 On The Organizational Standard Of Collective Catering In A Healthcare Entity). The Characteristics Of The Diets Are Attached As Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Main Diets With The Average Amount: Basic Diet, Diabetic Diet On Average 25 Servings, Easily Digestible Diet On Average 15 Servings, Vegetarian Diet On Average 5 Servings, Vegan Diet On Average 3 Servings. The Order May Include Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free And Liquid Diets. In Accordance With The Regulation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Valid Decade Menu For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Diets Ordered Daily. The Hospital Menu May Also Include Other Diets Of A Similar Nature, E.G. Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, Mushy, Strict (Rusks), Etc. (Approx. 20 Per Day On Average). In Addition To All-Day Meals, One-Course Meals Indicated In The Swz Are To Be Delivered. C) Meals Must Be Prepared Exclusively By The Contractor, Excluding Any Subcontractors And Intermediaries; - Delivery Of Meals On All Days Of The Week, During The Term Of The Contract, - The Contractor Should Ensure The Delivery Of Meals Divided Into 7 Hospital Wards During The Following Hours: - Breakfast From 08:00 To 08:30, Lunch And Dinner: From 12:00 To 12:30 (Dinner May Be Delivered Together With Lunch, - Dinner Delivered Separately: From 12.30 To 17.30 - Divisible Meals Should Be Portioned). The Decade Menu Should Include: - Fish Or Fish Products 3 Times A Decade, - Non-Comminuted Meat Dishes 4 Times A Decade, Ensuring A Variety Of Meat Types, - Meatless Meals Supplemented With Vegetable Protein, E.G. Natural Yogurt, - Vegetable Additions For Breakfast And Dinner - Every Day, Addition In The Form Of Cooked Vegetables Or Salads For Dinner - Every Day, - During Christmas And Easter, Festive Meals, Including Traditional Dishes.
