The Contractor Is Not Responsible For The Actual Technical Condition Of The Chimney Flues, But For The Substantive Value Of The Attached Inspection Reports. During Periodic Inspections, The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Prepare An Inventory Of Chimney Flues.
