The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Periodic Inspections, Maintenance And Service Services In The Field Of Air Conditioning, Ventilation And Air Curtain Systems Installed In The Buildings At Ul. Okopowa 19, Ul. Okopowa 21/27, Ul. Augustyńskiego 1 And Ul. Augustyńskiego 2 In Gdańsk.2. A Detailed List Of Devices Is An Annex To The Draft Contract.3. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. Justification: Division Of The Contract Would Cause Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Due To The Planned Time Of Task Completion Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Deadlines Provided For By Legal Provisions In This Regard. Moreover, A Possible Division Of The Order Into Parts Would Pose The Risk Of Generating Excessive Technical Difficulties And Economic Costs Due To The Need To Use The Technical Potential To Perform The Subject Of The Order. Failure To Divide The Contract Into Parts Does Not Prevent Other Potential Contractors From Submitting An Offer In The Proceedings In Question, Which Is Within The Reach Of Each Potential Contractor. 4. Scope Of The Order: 1) Periodic Inspections Of Devices: A) First Inspection Of Devices By April 17, 2026 For Items 1 To 214 Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Contract; B) The First Inspection Of Devices By April 24, 2026 For Items 215 To 383 Indicated In Annex 1 To The Contract; C) The First Inspection Of Devices By April 28, 2026 For Items 384 To 706 Indicated In Annex 1 To The Contract; D) The Second Inspection Of Devices By October 16, 2026 For Items 1 To 214 Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement; E) The Second Inspection Of Devices By October 23, 2026 For Items 215 To 383 Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement; F) The Second Inspection Of Devices By October 27, 2026 For Items 384 To 670 Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Contract; 2) Performance Of The Service: Including Operational Service, Warranty Service And Emergency Intervention Service In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Contract.
