The Evaluation Of The Training And Citizenship Preparation Of Young People Is A Long-Standing Concern In Different Countries. This Concern Has Been Reinforced In The Face Of The Challenges Of The 21St Century Such As Migration, Climate Change Or New Threats To Democracy. These Facts Call For Guiding The Preparation Of Citizens From A Global Perspective. Iccs Is The Only Large-Scale International Study That Investigates The Civic Skills And Attitudes Of Young People, Offering The Opportunity To Comparatively Analyze What Elements Favor The Formation Of Knowledge, Attitudes And Civic Commitment Among Students. The Experimental Application Of This New Cycle Will Be Carried Out On A Random Sample Of High School Students, Which Must Ensure That It Reflects The Diversity Of The Countrys Student Population. In This Application, Around 25 Educational Establishments From Two Regions Of The Country Will Be Selected In Chile, And In Each Educational Establishment That Makes Up The Sample, A Complete I Course Or More Courses Will Be Selected.
