The Panic Button System Must Provide Round-The-Clock (24/7) Transmission Of An Alarm Signal And Stable Communication With The Security Company’S Remote Control. Installation Of Equipment Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With Current Safety Standards And Technical Requirements, With The Functionality Of The System Checked After Installation. Maintenance Includes Regular Checks Of Equipment Serviceability, Monitoring Of Communication Channels, Preventive Maintenance And Prompt Troubleshooting Throughout The Entire Contract Period. The Provision Of Security Services Through An Alarm Button Provides For Round-The-Clock Monitoring Of Signals, Immediate Response To An Alarm Signal And Dispatch Of A Rapid Response Team To The Site Within The Time Limits Established By The Contract. The Service Must Be Provided On The Basis Of A Contract, Ensuring Confidentiality And Uninterrupted Operation Of The System. The Contractor Must Have The Necessary Permits And Resources To Provide Security Services.
