Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of The Cleaning Service Of The Vanemuine Concert Hall For The Period 1 May 2026 To 30 July 2029

The Object Of The Procurement Is The Cleaning And Cleaning Of The Vanemuise Concert Hall At Tartu Vanemuise 6. The Area To Be Cleaned Is 4200 Square Meters. The Cleaning Time Cannot Be Considered As A Regular Cleaning Frequency, But The Cleaning Time Must Be Coordinated Every Month According To The Work Schedule Of The Pärnu Concert Hall. There Is Daily Regular Cleaning + Post-Event Cleaning, Depending On The Events. Approximately 10 People Work In The Building During The Day, And Up To 900 People Visit The Building In The Evenings If There Is A Full-House Event. 140 Events Of Various Sizes Are Held Annually, And Nearly 60,000 Visitors Visit The Building Annually.
