As A Result Of The Public Procurement, Framework Contracts Will Be Concluded For Part 1 (City Of Tartu) To 4 And Part 2 (City Of Viljandi) To 2 (Depending On The Number Of Tenders And Tenderers Submitted) With A Recognized And Qualified Tenderer. The Contractor Purchases Construction And Repair Materials In Accordance With The Procedure Described In The Basic Documents Of Public Procurement. Framework Contracts Are Concluded For 36 Months Or Until The Maximum Cost Agreed In The Framework Contract Is Fulfilled, Depending On Which Condition Comes First.
