Tenders Are Invited For 6-Day Training Of Kovision Supervisors For The Ska Victim Assistance Service

The Purpose Of The Service Is To Provide 6-Day Covision Facilitator Training (10 Participants) To Ska Victim Assistance Workers And Volunteer Supervisors, As A Result Of Which:1. A Unified And Unambiguous Understanding Of Covision Is Created As A Method Of Professional Self-Reflection, Case Discussion And Peer-To-Peer Support In The Context Of Victim Assistance And Restorative Justice. 2. A Competent Team Of Covision Facilitators Will Be Formed, Who Can Plan, Conduct And Support Covision Groups For Both Employees And Volunteers. 3. The Ability Of The Participants To Deal With Complex Cases, Including It, Violence And Situations Requiring Risk Assessment, Using The Structured Approaches Of Covision Is Improved. 4. Teamwork, The Culture Of Cooperation And Reflection Are Strengthened, Occupational Stress Is Reduced And Employees Ability To Cope, Self-Care And Job Satisfaction Increase. 5. Skas Internal Learning Ability And Knowledge Management Will Be Strengthened, Which Helps To Prevent Problems, Improve The Quality Of Work And Improve The Use Of Resources.
