The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement For Each Of The Specific Positions: Activity 1 – Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase; Activity 2 – Implementation Of Smr /Construction And Assembly Works/ According To The Approved Investment Project; Activity 3 – Exercising Author Supervision During Construction. The Full Volume Of Activities For Each Of The Individual Positions Is Specified In The Technical Terms Of Reference, Which Also Fulfills The Role Of The Design Assignment For The Award Of The Investment Project. Due To The Nature Of The Project And The Specifics Of The Activities, The Contracting Authority (Municipality) Is A Different Person From The Owners Of The Object Of Intervention, Performing The Assignment Under The Concluded Contract. ​​​​​​​
