The Management Board Of Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead Opens And Conducts A Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Of The Open Type On The Basis Of Art. 132 In Connection With Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1, Art. 19, Para. 2 And Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 3, B. B Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), In Order To Conclude A Contract For The Supply Of A Set Of Measuring Terminal Block With Terminals For Copper Wires. The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Carried Out By Purchase Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) And Has As Its Subject The Supply And Purchase Of A Set Of Measuring Terminal Block With Terminals For Copper Wires, According To The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. Any Interested Person May Submit A Bid Provided That It Meets The Requirements Of The Ppa, The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Ppa (Ppzop) And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Notice And Documentation For Participation. This Public Procurement Is Not Divided Into Separate Items. The Estimated Quantity Of Supplies For The Subject Of The Order For The Term Of The Contract Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Is As Follows: 1. Set Of Measuring Terminal Block With Terminals For Through-Type Copper Wires And 1P, 3P Or 3P+N Fusible Cylindrical Fuse-Switch-Disconnectors / Terminal Block With Cylindrical P-L P-H P-Li/ - 17,000 Pcs. 2. Set Of Measuring Terminal Block With Terminals For Through-Type Copper Wires /Measuring Terminal Block/ - 100 Pcs. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Considering The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria. The Commissions Actions Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of The Rules For Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppzop).
