The Technical Project Aims To: - Optimizing And Normal Functioning Of The Hydraulics Of The Water Supply Network; - Improvement Of The Transport And Operational Characteristics, The Security And Safety Of The Movement And The Comfort Of The Travelers; - Reduction Of Health Risks Through The Rehabilitation Of The Water Supply Network, Built With Modern And Health-Safe Materials; - Creation Of A Condition For The Development Of Industry In The Area Due To Better Conductivity Of The Water Supply Network; - Improvement Of The Improvement, Hygienic And Ecological Conditions On The Territory Of The Settlements; - Improving The State Of The Environment To Increase The Attractiveness Of Life And Investment Opportunities By Providing New Jobs For The Local Population; - Creation Of Prerequisites For Sustainable Development Of The Settlement Carrying Out Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Smr Of The Site And, If Necessary, Preparing Changes Under Art. 154 Of The Zut. The Selected Contractor Should Also Carry Out Subsequent Implementation Of Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works On The Site In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Territorial Planning Act. The Contractor Will Exercise The Authors Supervision During The Construction, According To The Approved Project Documentation And The Applicable Regulations, Through The Designers Of The Individual Parts Of The Project Or Persons Authorized By Them, Provided That The Authorized Persons Possess Qualifications Corresponding To The Minimum Requirements Laid Down In The Procedure. The Contractor, If Proven Necessary, Will Make Changes Under Art. 154 Of The Zut. When Executing The Order, The Contractor Performs The Functions Of Copyright Supervision During The Execution Of The Smp In The Sense Of The Applicable Legislation In Force, Including: - Amendments To The Approved Investment Project, According To Art. 154 Of The Zut /If Necessary/; - Explanations Of Project Decisions /If Necessary/; - Participation In The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; - Participation In The Regular Meetings Organized By The Construction Supervision With The Participants In The Construction Process; - Preparation Of Orders In The Order Book.
