The Object Of The Procurement Is The Small Construction Works Produced For Helsingin Kaupunktilat Oy. The Procurement Is Divided Into Four Sub-Areas: 1) Electrical Work2) Ventilation Work 3) Drainage Work4) General Minor Repair Work The Scope Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Attached Documents Of The Request For Tender. In Sub-Areas 1 And 4, The Contract Is Concluded With Three (3) Different Suppliers Per Sub-Area. The Suppliers Are Prioritized Based On The Results Of The Offer Comparison. The Procurement Unit Orders Services Primarily From The Supplier With The First Priority, But If This Does Not Have The Resources To Fulfill The Order, The Procurement Unit Places The Order With The Supplier With The Second Priority And So On. The Bidder Can Submit A Bid In Either One Or More Sub-Areas. The Procurement Unit Does Not Have A Quantity Purchase Obligation, And The Contract Does Not Give The Contractor An Exclusive Right To Carry Out The Procurement. The Information On Procurement Volumes Presented In The Documents Are Estimates That Are Not Binding On The Procurement Unit. The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Acquire Works That Are The Subject Of Procurement Also Outside The Framework Arrangement For A Justified Reason. A Justified Reason Is Considered To Be E.G. Reasons Related To The Organization Of The Work Or Direct Procurement Criteria According To The Procurement Act.
