The Coastal Structures Of The Susiluoto Coastguard Station Area, Including E.G. Construction Works Of The Breakwater And Piers-Related Waterworks, Relocation Of 2 Piers And Associated Modification Works, Demolition And Slippage Of The Ia Ramp Railing And The Old Pier And Support Structure. Earthworks, E.G. Water And Drainage Works For The Piers, Earthworks For Regional Electricity, Demolition And Landscaping Of The Current Fuel Distribution Station, Earthworks, Excavation And Concrete Works For The New Filling Station. More Detailed Content Is Presented In The Draft Documents Attached To The Request For Tender. The Contractor Acts As The Projects Main Contractor And The Electrical Work In The Area Is Carried Out As A Separate Contractor Procured By The Customer, Which May Be Subordinated To The Main Contractor. Letter Of Invitation To The Market Dialogue: Ground Construction Contractor For The Station Area: Dear Recipient, Senaatti-Kinteistöt Invites You To A Market Dialogue. The Goal Of The Market Dialogue Is To Familiarize The Bidder With The Contract Material And To Have A Discussion About The Commercial And Technical Documents Before Sending The Final Request For Tender. Based On The Feedback Received From The Contractors, The Customer Prepares The Final Request For Tender Material. Objectives Of The Market Dialogue: 1. Assess The Projects Demands And The Ability Required From The Contractor: Resources, Experience, Equipment, References, Subcontracting And Chaining. 2. To Evaluate, From The Perspective Of Project Implementation, Quality, Delivery Times And Costs, Sufficient And Correctly Timed Construction Time For The Project, As Well As Possible Phasing And Contract Limits. 3. In Terms Of Technical Solutions, Evaluate Possible Changes That Increase Cost Efficiency, But Do Not Change The Functionality Of The Design Solution4. Evaluate The Implementation Option Related To The Construction Of The Breakwater, E.G. As An Alternative To Primary Transport By Sea, Transport Of Material Via Land Connection (Private Road).5. Identifies Project-Related Risks And Their Management. 6. Go Through The Issues That The Contractor Deems Necessary To Specify Or Requests To Be Taken Into Account In The Final Request For Tenders.The Plans And Preliminary Commercial Documents Related To The Contract Are Attached To This Call For Market Dialogue. We Ask The Participant To Familiarize Himself With The Documents And To Indicate His Interest In Participating In The Market Dialogue. The Market Dialogue Is Organized In 2 Stages: 1) Registration And Preliminary Answers. In The First Step, We Kindly Ask You To Briefly Answer The Preliminary Questions (4) Below By 20 February 2026 At 12:00 And Send Your Answers To: [email protected] And [email protected] Preliminary Questions Related To The Objectives Of The Market Dialogue Presented Above: 1. We Ask For A Description Of Your Companys Capabilities2. We Ask For A Description Of The Construction Time Required By The Project And The Preliminary Phasing 2.1 Breakwater And Other Water Construction-Related Construction Time And Timing 2.2 Construction Time And Timing Of Works Related To The Fuel Station 2.3 Construction Time And Timing Of The Trenches And Sewer/Water Line Works Required For Regional Electrification3. We Ask For Your Presentation For The Development Of Technical Solutions4. Identified Risks (3–5 Items) And Countermeasures To Manage Them** We Also Ask For The Contractors Opinion On Sufficient Time For Calculating The Bid. 2) Based On The Written Answers, We Will Select At Least 4 Suppliers, With Whom We Will Hold One-On-One Meetings On A Supplier-By-Supplier Basis During February 24-25, 2026. The Selection Criteria Are The Applicability Of The Answers To The Objectives Of The Procurement And The Suppliers Demonstrated Ability To Implement The Project. In The Meeting, The Supplier Can Present His Views More Broadly/Ask The Senate More Detailed Questions. The Duration Of The Meetings Is 1–2 H, The Time Of The Event Is Agreed Separately With Each Supplier. The Final Call For Tenders Will Be Published On February 27, 2026, And The Tender Calculation Time Will Be Approx. 2 Weeks. ** The Offer Calculation Time Is Specified Based On The Discussions Held In The Market Dialogue.
