Ideally, The Storage Of Smallscale Sports Equipment Accessible Through A Smartphone Compatible Application. An Important Element To This Tender Is That Access To The Smartphone Application Is Free Of Charge To The End User, I.E. The General Public. The Units Will Be Located Outdoors And Must Be Of A Standard To Endure The Elements Of Outdoor Placement. The Units Must Be Of Robust Design And Of A Standard To Withstand Damage From Vandalism. The Locations Of Many Of The Units Will Not Have Access To Power, Thus Selfcontained Units Are Required.
