Personnel And Payroll Services – Framework Agreement For Social Legal Services As A Recognized Social Secretariat, Including Payroll And Maintenance, Optimization And Implementation Of The Hr System Landscape (Sap). The Contracting Authority Wishes To Appoint An Integrated Partner For Legal And Social Services As A Recognized Social Secretariat, Including Payroll And For The Maintenance, Optimization And Implementation Of The Hr And Payroll System Landscape. The Assignment Includes, On The One Hand, The Correct, Timely And Compliant Implementation Of All Legal, Social And Fiscal Obligations Associated With Payroll Processing And Social Law And, On The Other Hand, The Support Of The Contracting Authority In Managing, Maintaining, Optimizing And Future-Oriented Development Of Its Hr-It Environment (Sap Hr / Payroll And Sap Successfactors). In This Context, The Contracting Authority Is Looking For One Contractor Who Will Act As An Integral Point Of Contact And Ultimately Responsible For Both The Social Secretariat And The Hr And Payroll System Landscape. This Responsibility Can Be Fulfilled By The Contractor Itself Or By The Contractor Together With One Or More Subcontractors, Whereby The Contractor Always Acts As The Sole Contractual Discussion Partner And Ultimately Responsible Party. The Contractor Acts As A Socio-Legal Partner And Guardian Of The Legislative Framework And Is Responsible For The Translation And Correct Implementation Of Changes In Social, Labor Law And Tax Regulations Within The Payroll Processes And The Supporting Hr Systems. In Addition, The Contractor Acts As A Maintenance And Implementation Partner For The Hr System Landscape, Both For Planned Evolutions (Such As The Implementation And Optimization Of Sap Successfactors, Including Employee Central And The Associated Talent Modules) And For The Contracting Authoritys Own Development And Optimization Questions. The Contractor Acts As A Strategic And Advisory Partner By Periodically Analyzing Our Existing Hr And Payroll Processes, Identifying Optimization Opportunities And Formulating Concrete Improvement Proposals, With The Aim Of Sustainably Further Developing Our Hr And Payroll System Landscape In Support Of Our Hr Strategy. The Award Of This Assignment Does Not Give The Contractor Any Exclusivity Rights Or Right To Purchase The Products Or Services Offered. During The Term Of This Order, The Ao May Have Deliveries Identical Or Analogous To Those Described In The Specifications Carried Out By Third Parties. When Applying The Above, The Original Contractor Cannot At Any Time Claim Any Compensation Of Any Kind.
