Pursuant To Regulation 2024/573 With The Associated Implementing Regulations, National Training, Evaluation And Authorization Bodies Must Be Established In All Member States, Which Must Ensure That The Regulations Within This Area Are Complied With, And Thus That The Employees And Companies Working In The Area Of Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Have The Necessary Skills And Can Thus Ensure Compliance With The Rules. The Purpose Of This Contract Is Thus To Ensure The Operation Of A National Body For Authorization, Training, And Evaluation, As Well As All Associated Obligations.
