Carlow County Council’S Local Enterprise Office Wish To Establish A Panel Of Consultants To Deliver Lean For Business Programmes For Local Enterprise Office Carlow Client Businesses. The Duration Of Each Assignment Will Be Decided By The Local Enterprise Office Based On Terms And The Needs Of The Client But Will Be A Maximum Of 12 Weeks Unless Agreed In Advance. On Completion Of An Assignment The Consultant Will Complete A Lean Improvement Report Via An Online Portal. Payment Will Not Be Issued Without The Completed Report. The Report Must Identify Potential Follow‑On Improvement Actions.
