Software Package And Information Systems – Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement And Procurement Of A Print And Scan Management Solution. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For A Manufacturer-Independent Print And Scan Management Solution For A Period Of 48 Months, Which Supports The End Devices With Integrated Control Panel Software. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Call-Off Obligation With An Opening Clause For The Data Center Of The Financial Administration Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia And The State Office For Remuneration And Supply Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia On The Basis Of A Contract For The Purchase Of Scanning And Print Management Licenses And Associated Services. After The Contract Has Been Awarded, A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With An Economic Operator Within 30 Days Based On The Following Contractual Conditions Between The Data Center Of The Financial Administration Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia (Rzf) And The Bidder. The Procurement Includes The Licenses For The Data Center Of The Financial Administration And The State Office For Remuneration And Pensions Specified In The Offer Sheet For The Tender, Plus Implementation, Documentation And Training And Other Monthly Consulting And Engineering Services. Licenses From The Initial Purchase Have A Term Of 60 Months. For Licenses That Are Procured Later, The Client Has The Right To Order A Shorter Term In Order To Enable A Uniform End Of Term. There Is No Automatic Extension Of Use After The Procurement Period Has Expired. The Framework Agreement To Be Concluded And The Subsequent Call-Off Agreements In The Form Of An Evb-It Transfer Agreement Are Attached To These Tender Documents In Draft Form. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is 48 Months And Ends Automatically. For Calls Made Within The Contract Term, The Conditions Of This Framework Agreement Remain In Effect Even After It Expires. If The Total Volume Of Services Accessed Reaches The Maximum Number Of Licenses Before The Contract Expires, The Contractual Relationship In The Framework Agreement Ends Automatically When The License Term Expires. Exceeding The Upper Limit Is Only Permitted After Mutual Agreement Between The Contractor And The Client Within The Framework Parameters Provided For By Law.
