The Estimated Volume Of Deliveries Of The Public Order Is (In Zd Also Known As Ac Charging Station): O 1 X 22 Kw With Anchoring To The Ground: 30 Pieces O 1 X 22 Kw With Anchoring To The Wall: 53 Pieces The Performance Of The Public Order Also Includes: - Connecting The Charging Stations To The Back-End Of The Contracting Authority Using The Ocpp 1.6 Protocol And Higher, When The Actual Communication Will Be Implemented Using The Wss Protocol; - Installation Of Charging Stations At The Place Designated By The Contracting Authority And On The Base Prepared By The Contracting Authority According To The Conditions For The Construction Readiness Of The Selected Supplier And - Warranty Of The Charging Stations For A Total Duration Of 2 Years. On The Basis Of The Concluded Framework Agreement, In The Manner Specified Therein, The Contracting Authority Will Always Order Performance In Time And To The Extent According To Its Current Needs, In The Form Of Renewal Of The Competition. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period, Until 30/09/2028, With Four (4) Suppliers Who Will Be Selected As The Most Suitable Based On The Submitted Bids. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Draw Performance From The Framework Agreement, Or The Obligation May Be Fulfilled Prematurely. In General, The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Negotiation Of A Framework Agreement Containing Contractual Terms And Conditions For The Fulfillment Of The Relevant Individual Subcontracts For The Provision Of The Above-Mentioned Supplies Of Ac Charging Stations.
