The Subject Of The Service Is A Contract In Accordance With Section 140A Sgb V (Special Care) For Ikk Classic Insured Persons Throughout Germany. The Main Components Of The Contractually Defined Digital Care Concept Are Video Telephone And/Or Telephone Conversations Using An Accompanying Content-Related Digital Application By The Participating Insured Persons. The Aim Is To Care For Mental Illnesses In At Least Diagnostic Groups F3*, F4*. With Regard To The Total Contractual Volume, It Is Assumed That The Number Of Insured Persons To Be Covered Is 12,800 P.A. And A Maximum Of 16,500 P.A.
