The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Defined In Detail By The Template Of The Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Agreement), Which Forms An Annex To The Procurement Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Zd). The Expected Volume Of Deliveries Of The Public Order Is (In Zd Also As Dc3 Charging Station): O Number Of Stations Min. 1 X 150 Kw With Anchoring To The Ground: 18 Pieces The Specified Output Charging Power Of 150 Kw Per Charging Station Is Determined As The Maximum Allowable Output Charging Power Actually Provided. The Contracting Authority Also Allows The Possibility Of Supplying Station(S) With A Higher Output Charging Power, But Under The Condition That: 1. The Charging Station Will Be Equipped With Hardware Or Software Limiting The Output Charging Power Of The Charging Station To Exactly 150 Kw And 2. The Maximum Potential Output Charging Power Of The Charging Station Will Not Exceed 180 Kw. O Distributed Architecture Of The Charging Station, With A Power Unit Of 300 Kw And Two Dispensers, Each With Two Charging Points, When The Power Unit And Dispensers Are Separated: 9 Pieces. The Client Also Allows The Possibility Of Delivery With A Higher Power, But Power Units On The Condition That: 1. The Power Unit Will Be Equipped With A Hardware Or Software Limitation Of The Output Power To Exactly 300 Kw And 2. The Maximum Potential Power Of The Power Unit Will Not Exceed 350 Kw. The Performance Of The Public Order Also Includes: - Connecting The Charging Stations To The Back-End Of The Contracting Authority Using The Ocpp 1.6 Protocol And Higher, When The Actual Communication Will Be Implemented Using The Wss Protocol; - Installation Of Charging Stations At The Place Designated By The Contracting Authority And On The Base Prepared By The Contracting Authority According To The Conditions For The Construction Readiness Of The Selected Supplier And - Warranty Of The Charging Stations For A Total Duration Of 2 Years. On The Basis Of The Concluded Framework Agreement, In The Manner Specified Therein, The Contracting Authority Will Always Order Performance In Time And To The Extent According To Its Current Needs, In The Form Of Renewal Of The Competition. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period, Until 30/09/2028, With Four (4) Suppliers Who Will Be Selected As The Most Suitable Based On The Submitted Bids. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Draw Performance From The Framework Agreement, Or The Obligation May Be Fulfilled Prematurely.
