The Procurement Covers The Reception And Treatment Of Waste From Households And Businesses. Articles That Are Judged By The Customer To Have The Potential To Be Reused Are Not Included In The Procurement. Treatment Of The Waste Must Be Carried Out According To Requirements In This Procurement Document. The Supplier May Choose To Submit A Tender For One Or More Of The Tender Areas Below. Agreements Will Be Signed With A Supplier For Each Tender Area. Tender Areas • Rice And Branches, Roofing Volume: 15,000 Tons • Wood Roofing Volume: 45,000 Tons Please Note That The Scope Of The Procurement Is Only Estimated Needs And Applies Without Commitment. The Customer Estimates His Total Need For Such Services Covered By The Framework Agreement To What Is Stated For Each Tender Area Above. This Constitutes The Ceiling Volume Of The Respective Tender Area And Future Framework Agreement. If The Volume Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To The Ceiling Volume, The Customer Has The Right To Terminate The Agreement With Immediate Effect. Such Termination Does Not Affect The Validity Of The Agreement Entered Into Before That. During The Contract Period, Changes May Occur Based On Group Decisions, Operational Changes, Etc. That May Affect The Need And Volume. The Supplier Is Obliged To Accommodate The Real Need.
