Medical Equipments – Rental Of Medical Equipment From The Date Of Notification To March 31, 2032. Main Characteristics: Delivery Times For Rented Equipment Will Be Defined By The Candidate In Article 3.2 Of The Act Of Commitment (A.E.) With Maximum Deadlines Of 48 Hours For Equipment Listed In Paragraph I Of The Unit Price Schedule (B.P.U.)(Standard Care) And 24 Hours For Equipment Listed In Paragraph Ii Of The B.P.U. (Acute Care). The Recovery Period For Rented Equipment Will Be Defined By The Candidate In Article 3.2 Of The A.E. With A Maximum Time Limit Of 72 Hours. In The Event Of A Technical Incident, The Holder Must Be Able To Intervene During The Following Periods And Therefore Have An On-Call Service Available: - 7 Days A Week, Including Public Holidays, From 8:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M. For Medical Beds; - From Monday To Friday, Public Holidays Excluded, From 8:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. For Other Equipment In Paragraph I Of The B.P.U. (Standard Care); - 7 Days A Week, Public Holidays Included, 24 Hours A Day For Equipment In Paragraph Ii Of The B.P.U. (Acute Care). The Maximum Response Times In The Event Of A Technical Incident Are As Follows: - 12 Hours For Medical Beds; - 48 Hours For Other Materials In Paragraph I Of The B.P.U. (Standard Care); - 2 Hours For An Electric Syringe Pump, An Enteral Nutrition Pump, A Tracheal Aspirator Or An Aerosol Generator With Or Without Humidifier; - 24 Hours For Other Materials In Paragraph Ii Of The B.P.U. (Other Acute Care)
