Contract With The Contractor Of Construction Works For The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Construction And Modernization Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Performance Of The Function Of An Investor Supervision Inspector Within The Meaning Of Art. 25 Of The Construction Law, In Particular Representing The Investor On The Construction Site By Checking The Compliance Of Its Implementation With The Design Or Building Permit, Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge; Checking The Quality Of Construction Works And The Use Of Products In The Performance Of These Works In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Construction Law; Checking And Acceptance Of Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, Participating In Tests And Technical Acceptance Of Installations, Technical Devices And Chimney Flues, As Well As Preparing And Participating In Acceptance Activities Of Finished Construction Objects And Putting Them Into Use; Confirming The Actually Performed Works And Removing Defects, As Well As Controlling Construction Settlements And Supervising The Works Of The Contract Contractor And Approving All Materials, Construction Techniques And Technologies As Well As The Quality Of Workmanship, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Contract, Including In Particular Supervision Of: - Expansion Of The Road System; - Reconstruction Of The Gas Network; - Reconstruction Of Railway Infrastructure; - Demolition And Construction Of Buildings; - Reconstruction Of The Storm Sewage System; - Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network; - Reconstruction Of The Street Lighting Network; - Reconstruction Of The Power Grid - Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network; - Other Works (As Needed), As Well As Verification Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Performed Under The Contract In Terms Of Their Completeness, Correctness And Compliance With Applicable Regulations, As Well As Compliance With The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Part Of The Specification Of Terms Of Contract Prepared In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Execution Of The Contract, And Coordinating The Works With Network Operators. 4.
