The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Strengthen Fire Safety For The Tenants Through The Introduction Of A Modern, Reliable And Digital System That Enables Continuous Monitoring Of The Status Of The Fire Alarms And Efficient Handling Of Alarms. The Procurement Covers The Delivery Of Fire Alarms And Associated Subscriptions For Systems, Operation And Support. Installation Of The Fire Alarms Will Be Carried Out By Årjängs Bostads Abs Own Staff. The System Must Provide Functions For Remote Monitoring And App-Based Alarm Management, As Well As Be Built With Open Interfaces (Apis) To Enable Future Integration With Other Property And Operational Systems. The Procurement Initially Includes A Pilot Project With Approximately 50 Fire Alarms. The Pilot Project Must Be Evaluated And Form The Basis For Decisions On Continued Implementation. If The Implementation Is Successful, The Scope Is Estimated To Be Up To Approximately 3,000 Fire Alarms Over A Period Of Three (3) To Five (5) Years.
