Tenderers Shall, As Far As Possible, Be Able To See To All The Needs That The Contracting Authority Has Within The Discipline And Must Be Relevant For Both Small And Large Projects. There Is A Large Geographical Dispersion Among Its Members So It Is Important That Tenderers Can Cover A Broad Geographical Catchment Area.
