Quotation validity period: Quotations shall remain valid for 90 days from the deadline for the Submission of Quotation. Partial Quotes: permitted. Partial bids within each lot are allowed. Bidders may quote for one or more lots. However, partial quantity and item within each lot is not allowed. Evaluation will be carried out for the total requirements under each lot.
