Tenders are invited for Call-off Contract for Corporate Films-Video Creation and Editing Services. TENDER BOND USD 23,500 TENDER ISSUE PERIOD 08/02/2026 till 19/02/2026 TENDER CLOSING DATE 02/03/2026 Scope of Work: The objective of this CONTRACT is for the COMPANY to produce corporate films to cover requirements for its combined assets, operations, campaigns, and events as needed. The requirements under this contract are for the provision of the main Company cooperate film update as well as key moments of the main cooperate film for social media use The contract will also have provisions for Ad-Hoc films and associated services on a call-off basis such as project update videos, B-Roll filming, editing and other production and post-production services. The CONTRACT comprises of a FIRM Corporate film update, as well Call-off services for AD Hoc films and associated services throughout the CONTRACT duration based on actual need of the COMPANY. Requirements of the Contractor including but not limited to: Contractor must provide the bellow deliverables: A. Corporate Film - fixed scope Contractor is required to update the companys current corporate film to ensure the storyline of company milestones is updated and enhanced as per the below. Film Versions required: 1. Updated Main Corporate Films: key corporate messages and asset information (max 10 minutes). 2. Corporate Film 60 second version: key moments of the main corporate film to use in social media. 3. Corporate Film 30 second version: key moments of the main corporate film to use in social media B. Films Services Table - Call-Off Basis Contractor is required to provide other film requirements covering the business around Operations & reliability, Major Projects, Health Safety & Environment and milestone achievements for a broad range of use and purposes. These are separate films to the main corporate film and are required for different audiences and purposes for events, campaigns, and other milestone events. The deliverables will be made up of the following: 1. Storyboard 2. Script writing 3. Editing 4. Filming 5. Voice Overs 6. Subtitles 7. Animation/graphics 8.Music 9.Interviews Minimum technical requirement for Contractor including but not limited to: TENDERER shall provide a list of a minimum of 4 samples of similar WORKS / SERVICES during the last five (5) years he has done for his clients in Oil & Gas and other chemical/petrochemical industry including current / ongoing contracts and previous experiences in Qatar, if any, with a specific focus on demonstrating experience in film projects with proven experience in editing capabilities, storyboarding capabilities, voice-over capabilities, production and translation of subtitles, graphic and animations. TENDERER shall confirm their availability of professional in-house Doha-based editing suite for use of the WORK/SERVICES listed in the Tender Link : https://www.gulf-times.com/pdfs
