The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Cultural And Historical Trail Along The Żylica Stream In Szczyrk, Together With The Construction Of A Graduation Tower And Development Of The Area Around It - In The Design And Build Formula, And Obtaining Permits/Decisions From The Relevant Authorities Authorizing The Commencement Of The Investment And Appropriate Documents Authorizing Its Use.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Preparation Of Design Documentation Includes, Among Others: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Executive Design, Along With Investor Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Along With A Set Of Opinions, Arrangements, And Technical Conditions Required By Applicable Law And Necessary To Obtain (If Required) A Building Permit And/Or Notification Of Construction Works For The Investment In Question. 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation And Relevant Legal Provisions And Standards.
