The Subject Of The Order Entitled: Construction Of Sections Of The Sanitary Sewage System In Wilkowice And Lipno Is Divided Into Two Tasks: A) Task No. 1: Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage System At Ul. Lotnicza In Wilkowice. Task No. 1 Involves The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The Sanitary Sewage System At Ul. Lotnicza In Wilkowice In The Design And Build Formula. B) Task No. 2: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System On Ul. Biegowa In Lipno. Task No. 2 Involves The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The Sanitary Sewage System At Ul. Biegowa In Lipno In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will In Particular: A) Prepare Design Documentation (Land Development Design And Technical Design) - Separate Documentation For Each Task And Obtain The Following Provisions Under The Regulations: Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits Along With A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works; B) Perform Construction And Assembly Works Based On Designs, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program [Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu]; C) Perform Tests And Examinations And Prepare Documents Related To Putting The Facilities Into Operation And Use; D) Will Provide Surveying Services; E) Will Prepare As-Built Documentation - Separate For Each Task; F) Will Report The Completion Of The Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate In Leszno; G) Will Transfer The Copyright To The Design Documentation And As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party; H) Will Grant At Least 36 Months Warranty For Construction Works;I) Prepare A Temporary Traffic Organization Design 2. Design Documentation Includes: A) Preparation Of A Land Development Design; B) Preparation Of A Technical Design; C) Preparing A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; D) Preparing A Cost Estimate Along With A Bill Of Quantities; E) Obtaining Permits And Arrangements (Notification Of Works Or Building Permit). Note: When Designing The Pipeline, It Should Be Taken Into Account That In The Excavation Zone + 0.5 M On Each Side, The Area Will Be Hardened With Crushed Granite Gr. 15 Cm.
