Włókiennicza 1, Plot No. 438/17, Precinct S-1, In Accordance With The Project: Reconstruction, Extension, Superstructure And Partial Change Of Use Of Existing Residential Buildings, Including Land Development And Necessary Technical Infrastructure, On The Property At Ul. Włókiennicza 1 In Łódź, Developed By: Bam Architektura, Ul. Piotrkowska 68/6U, 90-105 Łódź, Subject To Section 2.2. The Works Are Partially Completed - The Subject Of The Order Is The Continuation Of Reconstruction Construction Works - In The Shell State Of The Reconstructed Part Of The Building. In 2025, The Works Were Completed At The Stage Of Foundations, Ground Floor Walls In A Reinforced Concrete And Brick Structure, Stair Flights No. 1-2 And A Reinforced Concrete Ceiling Above The Ground Floor. The Exact Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Marked In The Cross-Section Drawings In The Architecture Folder - Annex No. 1 To Swz - Documentation.3. The Remaining Structure Of The Building: - Walls Of The Upper Floors: Traditional Structure Made Of Ceramic Blocks, - Columns, Beams, Lintels, Tie Beams, Balconies: Reinforced Concrete Structure, - Ceilings: Densely Ribbed, Prestressed Rector Type. - Staircase: Reinforced Concrete Structure, - Roof: Wooden Structure - Outside The Scope Of The Proceedings.4. Only Materials Approved For Use In Construction May Be Delivered And Incorporated Into The Construction Site. The Contractor Will Submit Material Sheets For Approval By The Ordering Party/Inspector Before Their Installation. The Ordering Party Will Then Install The Structure And Roof Covering On The Building Elements Made By The Contractor.6. The Ordering Party Is Carrying Out Renovation Works In The Right, Existing Part Of The Annex; Moreover, The Ordering Party Is Also Carrying Out Renovation Works In The Front Building. 7. The Ordering Party Set Up A Construction Hoist Next To The Right Part Of The Outbuilding That Was Being Renovated. 8. Entrance To The Construction Site From Ul. Włókiennicza Through The Clearance Gate. The Only Entrance To The Construction Site Is From The Hilary Majewski Passage, Through A Passage Approximately 3.4 M Wide, Parallel To Włókiennicza Street, With No Possibility Of Turning Around The Truck At The Construction Site. 9. The Works Will Be Supervised By The Works Manager, Who Is An Employee Of The Contractor, And Coordinated With The Employers Construction Management.
