The Subject Of The Order Is Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - City Of Puławy, Słowackiego Street, Including: 1) Development Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Together With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit, 2) Carrying Out Authors Supervision On The Plot No. 061401_1.0001.912/1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Tender Documentation Is Accompanied By Supporting Documentation (Urban Planning And Architectural Concept, Excerpt And Outline From The Local Development Plan, Technical Conditions For Connection, Decision To Widen The Exit, Geotechnical Opinion) - Which Constitutes Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Materials Used Only To Prepare The Offer. At The Stage Of Contract Implementation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain And Develop, At His Own Expense, Starting Materials For The Implementation Of The Contract. The Value Of 1 M2 Of Pum Cannot Increase By More Than 10% From The Value Estimated On The Basis Of The Preliminary Cost Estimate Prepared On The Basis Of The Concept (Pln 6,920.09 Gross). In The Case Of Investment Implementation Taking Into Account Mds (Medical Shelter Places), The Value May Not Increase By More Than 15%
