Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct A Course In The Use Of The Inventor Program For Students At The Ordering Partys Premises. Number Of Training Participants: 16 People (2 Training Groups). Training Duration: 21 Teaching Hours (1 Teaching Hour = 45 Minutes) Plus Time For One Coffee Break Each Day Of The Training. The Final Training Dates (Final Training Schedule) Will Be Determined After Signing The Contract. Place Of Training: Stationary, Rooms At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Conducting A 21-Hour Course For 16 Students In 2 Training Groups Of 8 People Each;2. Remuneration Of Trainers Conducting The Training;3. Transport Costs Of Trainers To The Training Site;4. Cost Of Certificates/Certificates Confirming The Participants Participation In The Training.5. Development And Distribution Of Training Materials Among Training Participants In A Number Corresponding To The Number Of Participants; The Substantive Scope Of The Training Should Include The Following Issues: 1. Introductory Knowledge In The Field Of Industrial Pneumatic Systems: • Properties Of The Working Medium In Terms Of Practical Application • Basic Advantages And Disadvantages Of Pneumatic Systems • Elementary Gas Transformations And Their Practical Significance • Pressure Losses In Lines (Meaning, Examples, Detection) • Graphic Symbols Of Pneumatic Elements And The Basics Of Reading Diagrams2. Systems For Producing, Preparing And Transmitting Compressed Air:• Compressors (Division, Principle Of Operation, Structure, Operating Parameters)• Compressed Air Tanks (Selection, Importance, Operation)• Methods Of Drying Compressed Air• Hoses And Their Selection (Division, Application, Advantages And Disadvantages)• Compressed Air Preparation Units3. Actuators Of Pneumatic Systems:• Division Of Elements Converting Pneumatic Energy Into Mechanical Work• Construction Of Pneumatic Actuators And Motors• Operational Parameters And Principles Of Selection Of Actuators• Pneumo-Hydraulic Elements (Application, Structure, Advantages And Disadvantages)4. Control Elements Of Pneumatic Systems, Including Valves:• Controlling The Direction Of Flow Of The Working Medium• Controlling The Flow Rate Of Compressed Air• Pressure5.
