3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Obligation To Comprehensively Perform, For A Fee, The Duties Of An Investor Supervision Inspector Over Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Kamienna Beach Promenade With Accesses, Which Includes: - Renovation Of Field Stairs; - Renovation Of The Access To The Kamienna Plaża Promenade; - Renovation Of The Paved Surface For The Designed Pergolas; - Renovation Of The Retaining Wall; - Construction Of Small Architectural Structures; - Construction Of An Electrical Power Plant. Low-Voltage Installations, Telecommunications Installations, Lighting Poles, Lighting Control Cabinet; - Planting Of Plants. 3.2 The Scope Of Comprehensive, Paid Duties Of A Supervisor Over Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Kamienna Plaża Promenade With Accesses Was Specified In The Design Documentation Along With Annexes, Opinions, Decisions And Arrangements, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 3.3 The Ordering Party Requires That The Following Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction In The Scope Of Investor Supervision Take Part In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: - In The Construction Specialty, - In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices, Having Appropriate Authorizations To Supervise The Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland. 3.4 Scope Of Duties: 1) Acting As A Supervision Inspector In Accordance With The Provisions, In Particular Art. 25 And 26 Of The Public Procurement Law, 2) Ensuring Correct And Timely Implementation Of The Investment, 3) Checking The Completeness And Correctness Of Documents Prepared By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Works (Including Financial Settlements), In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract With The Contractor, 4) Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site In All Technical Issues Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, 5) Handing Over The Construction Site To The Contractor, With The Participation Of The Ordering Party, 6) Ongoing Resolution Of Technical Construction Problems, 7) Coordinating With The Ordering Party Of Any Changes Regarding The Value And Scope Of The Supervised Works, 8) Informing The Ordering Party About The Progress Of The Works And Any Circumstances That May Affect The Extension Of The Deadline And Changing The Costs Of The Investment Implementation, 9) Checking The Correctness Of The Material Scope Of The Works Performed And Its Compliance With The Contract Concluded Between The Investor And The Contractor And The Contractor And Subcontractors, 10) Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Field Of Project Administration: Providing Information On The Financial And Material Progress Of The Works (Checking Lists Of Partially Completed Works, In Terms Of Material And
