The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Feeding Center, Thermal Modernization Of The Facility Along With Adapting The Building To The Applicable Fire Protection Regulations In The Kindergarten Complex No. 1 - Kindergarten No. 2, At Ul. Jacka Malczewskiego 31 In Gdańsk And Obtaining A Building Permit And Carrying Out Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works. Kindergarten No. 2, At Ul., Operates In The Building Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Jacek Malczewskiego 31 In Gdańsk. The Building Has A Basement And Consists Of A Lower Two-Story Part And A Higher Three-Story Above-Ground Part. No Local Development Plan Has Been Adopted For The Area In Question.2. The Scope Of Design Works Includes: A) Reconstruction Of The Feeding Center With Storage And Social And Sanitary Facilities, With The Replacement Of Technological Equipment And Utility Installations, In Order To Adapt To The Applicable Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements, Functional Guidelines And Binding Regulations, And Ensuring The Supply Of Food Via The Existing Freight Elevator To All Teaching Rooms, Including On The Third Floor, B) Comprehensive Adaptation Of The Building To The Requirements Of Applicable Fire Protection Regulations, Together With The Development Of A Technical Expert Opinion On The State Of Fire Protection By Building Appraisers And For Fire Protection In Order To Obtain Derogations From Applicable Regulations Or Alternative Solutions Together With The Decision Of The Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service, C) Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building, Including Replacement Of Windows And Doors, General Renovation Of The Flat Roof And Entrance Canopies With Replacement Of Sheet Metal Cladding, Gutters, Downpipes, Ladders To The Roof, Lightning Protection Installation, Re-Building Of Existing Chimneys Above The Roof With Replacement/Repair Of Chimney Caps And Hatches, D) Elimination Of The Causes Of Moisture In Basement Walls With Insulation Of Foundation Walls, E) Reconstruction To The Necessary Extent Of External And Internal Installations Of All Industries (Sanitary, Electrical, Lighting And Telecommunications) In Compliance With The Functional And Utility Needs Within The Subject Of The Order And Applicable Regulations, With An Assessment Of Their Technical Condition, F) Reconstruction Of The Rg Switchgear With Possible Reconstruction Power Connection, G) Replacement Of Playground Equipment With The Provision Of Safe Zones And Construction Of A Safe Surface (E.G.
