The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Task Consisting In The Expansion Of District Road No. 1319L On The Suchocin - Kownatki Section From Km 1+800 To Km 3+200 In The Scope Of: - Regulation Of The Legal Status Of The Boundaries Of The Road, - Preparation Of Design Documentation For All Industries To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Class L Suburban Road From Km 1+800 To Km 3+200, Including The Railway Area (Crossing The Railway Area). An Indicative Plan Showing The Location Of The Investment Task Is Attached As Annex 10 To The Swz. It Is Required To Prepare Documentation Both To Obtain A Permit To Perform Works From The Architectural And Construction Administration Body, As Well As To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development And Submission To The Ordering Party, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Of A Schedule Of Design Works Specifying The Deadlines For The Preparation Of Individual Components Of The Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions And Opinions, As Well As Arrangements Required By Law, Within The Deadline Specified In The Contract; 2) Development Of A Land Development Concept. As Part Of The Concept, It Is Necessary To:• Describe The Existing Condition And Prepare A Drawing Of The Existing Normal Cross-Section;• Present A Preliminary Design Of Land Development And Pavement Structure Along With A Longitudinal Section And Cross-Sections (Maximum Spacing Of 25M),• Identify Any Collisions That May Occur;3) Preparation Of Starting Materials For Carrying Out Procedures Related To The Preparation Of Division Maps (List Of Properties That Will Be Divided, Taken Over Entirely For The District Road And For Which Time Restrictions Will Be Introduced In Connection With The Construction Of The Road);4) Preparation Of A Site Plan With The Final Planned Line Demarcating The Road And Temporary Occupancy Marked;5) Preparation Of A Geodetic Design For The Division Of Real Estate For The Implementation Of A Road Investment For Purposes Related To Obtaining A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Zrid Decision) - 5 Copies;6) Obtaining Current Maps For Design Purposes Necessary To Develop A Construction Design (Including Closed Areas If Required);7) Obtaining An Environmental Decision On Behalf Of The Investor Conditions, Water Law Decisions, Arrangements With Pkp, Derogations From Applicable Regulations, If Required;8) Obtaining Consent On Behalf Of The Investor To Cut Down Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Investment, Developing A Project Enabling Their Felling In The Field;9) Obtaining An Opinion On Behalf Of The Investor In Accordance With Art. 11B And 11D Of The
