1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply (Sale And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Warehouses Located In Pętkowo And Witaszyce) Of Fertilizers (For Agricultural Fertilization) For The Needs Of The Experimental Plant In Pętkowo (One Of The Ordering Partys Organizational Units) For 2026. 2. Types Of Fertilizers Constituting The Subject Of This Order, As Well As A Description Of Their Minimum Required Properties And The Maximum Quantity (Number Of Tons) In Which They Should Be Offered, Sold And Delivered To The Ordering Party, As Well As Other Information, Including The Address Of The Place Of Delivery (So-Called Description Of The Subject Of The Order) - Is Included In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz. 3. Each Type Of Fertilizer Must Be Approved For Marketing And Use In The Territory Of Poland, And Its Minimum Period Of Validity (Suitability For Use) Will Be No Less Than 6 Months From The Date Of Its Delivery To The Ordering Party In The Place Intended For It, Indicated In Column D Of The Table In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz (The Ordering Partys Warehouses Located In Pętkowo And Witaszyce).
