The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Task Consisting In The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1003L In The Town Of Dębowierzchy From Km 1+180 To Km 2+390 In The Scope Of: - Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Road (Including Documentation Regarding The Removal Of Collisions With Technical Infrastructure Devices And The Construction Of A Service Channel When Necessary) And Obtaining All Arrangements And Decisions To The Extent Necessary To Effectively Report The Completion Of The Works To The Administrative Body Architectural And Construction - Preparation Of Documentation Necessary To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works. An Indicative Plan Showing The Location Of The Investment Task Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz. It Is Required To Prepare Documentation Both To Effectively Report The Execution Of Works To The Architectural And Construction Administration Body, As Well As To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development And Submission To The Ordering Party, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Of A Schedule Of Design Works Specifying The Deadlines For The Preparation Of Individual Components Of The Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions And Opinions, As Well As Arrangements Required By Law, Within The Deadline Specified In The Contract; 2) Development Of A Land Development Concept. As Part Of The Concept, It Is Necessary To:• Describe The Existing Condition, Perform Height Measurements And Prepare Drawings Of Existing Normal Cross-Sections;• Present A Preliminary Design Of Land Development And Surface Structure,• Identify Any Existing Conflicts;3) Obtain Current Maps For Design Purposes Necessary To Develop A Construction Project;4) Obtain, On Behalf Of The Investor, A Decision On Environmental Conditions, Water Law Decisions, Etc., If Required;5) Obtain, On Behalf Of The Investor, Consent To Cut Down Trees And Shrubs That Conflict With Investment, Development Of A Project Enabling Their Cutting In The Field;6) Obtaining All Other Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Development Of Design Documentation;7) Development Of A Complete Construction Design, Including All Attachments, Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Effectively Report The Works To The Architectural And Construction Administration Body - Land Development Design In The Amount Of 4 Copies, Architectural And Construction Design In The Amount Of 3 Copies And Technical (Executive) Design In The Amount Of 3 Copies, Including The Design Of A Technological Channel And Designs For The Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure Devices Unrelated To The Needs Of Road Management Or Road Traffic Needs, Colliding With The Investment, If Any.
