Niecała 14, 20-080 In Lublin, Postal Services Consisting In Accepting (At The Contractors Post Office) Postal Items Sent By The Ordering Party, Moving And Delivering Them To Addressees Throughout The Country And Abroad, And Making Possible Returns Of Undelivered Items, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Postal Law Act), Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 June 1960 - Code Of Administrative Procedure (Hereinafter Referred To As Kpa) And The Provisions Of The Act Of November 17, 1964 - Code Of Civil Procedure (Hereinafter Referred To As Kpc), The Act Of August 29, 1997, The Tax Ordinance Act, On August 30, 2002 Law On Proceedings Before Administrative Courts, Within A Period Of 24 Months, But Not Earlier Than March 12, 2026. Estimated Planned Number Of Shipments During The Term Of The Contract - 56,230; Service: Confirmation Of Receipt Of A Registered Shipment In Domestic Traffic - 34,000; Service: Return Of A Registered Shipment To The Sender After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivery Or Release To The Recipient - Pln 10,000; 2. The Scope Of Services Includes: 1) Provision Of Services For The Collection, Movement And Delivery Of Letter Items In Domestic And Foreign Traffic; 2) Provision Of Services For The Collection, Movement And Delivery Of Postal Parcels; 3) Provision Of Services For The Delivery Of Postal Items (Letter Items, Postal Parcels) To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party; 4) Provision Of Services For The Return Of Undelivered Postal Items (Letter Items, Postal Parcels) After Exhaustion Of All The Possibility Of Delivering Or Handing Over To The Recipient To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, Specifying The Date And Reason For Return Or Non-Collection By The Addressee; 5) Providing Services Of Delivering Return Receipts To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. 6) Providing The Possibility For The Ordering Party To Track Parcels Registered In Domestic And Foreign Trade Electronically (Online), As A Free, Generally Available Service, Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Equipment, Software Or Authorizations; (The Provision Will Remain In The Content Of The Agreement If It Results From The Content Of The Offer Submitted By The Contractor);3. The Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of The Protocol Approval Of The Contractor By The Ordering Party To Commence The Provision Of Services Which Are The Subject Of This Agreement Or Until The Earlier Exhaustion Of Financial Resources Constituting The Contractors Maximum Remuneration For The Execution Of The Agreement (Gross Amount Specified In § 11 Section 1 Of The Agreement), Throughout The Entire Period Of Its Validity, Depending On Which Of These Events Occurs First.
