The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing An Opinion On The Value Of Real Estate In The Form Of 30 Appraisal Reports (2 Copies Each) For The Needs Of The Commune Of The City Of Radom In Order To Determine The Value Of Undeveloped Land Properties Located In The City Of Radom, Together With A Specification Of All Land Components And An Indication Of Whether The Structures Located In The Assessed Area Constitute A Structure In The Light Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law.1) The Ordering Party Envisages Ordering 30 Appraisal Reports, And The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Them Execution.2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Entrust Execution Less Than That Specified In Point. 1) The Number Of Appraisal Reports, But Not Less Than 15 Pieces (Guaranteed Quantity), And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. 3) The Ordering Party Will Entrust The Preparation Of Appraisal Reports Successively, As The Need For Valuation Arises, As A Partial Order, But In An Amount Not Exceeding 3 Reports Per Month.
