The Contractor Will Each Time Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party Along With Unloading, Which Means Unloading The Goods By The Contractor From The Vehicle, Including Unloading The Goods From The Pallet And Depositing The Goods In The Storage Rooms, In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Form - Annex No. 4 To Swz. Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place Throughout The Duration Of The Contract On Business Days, By Transport Of The Contractor At The Contractors Own Expense And Responsibility During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, I.E. Monday - Thursday 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M., Friday 7:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M., In Accordance With The Previously Placed Order. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Ordering Partys Facilities, Located: Social Welfare Home At Ul. Parkowa 12 And Ul. Nadgórna 30/32 And The Day Care Home At Ul. Piłsudskiego 111. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept The Entire Batch Of The Subject Of The Contract Or To Reject Part Of It In The Event Of Delivery Of Goods That Do Not Meet The Terms Of The Order Or When, During The Visual Assessment, Poor Quality Of The Products Is Found, Visible Damage Caused In Particular By Improper Protection Of The Products, Poor Transport Conditions Or Improper Hygienic Condition Of The Means Of Transport Carrying The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires That The Order Be Completed Within The Next 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Deliveries To Individual Units Will Be Each Time Confirmed With A Receipt Protocol, After Checking Compliance With The Placed Order, Delivery Via Courier And Shipping Companies Is Excluded.
