The Directorate Of Education Of The Navy, Hereinafter The Direction Calls For Public Bidding, Hereinafter The Tender, To Natural Or Legal Persons, National Or Foreign, Hereinafter The Offerer Or The Offerers, To Submit Offers To Contract The Cleaning Service For The Departments Of The Buildings Of The Directorate Of Education, Hereinafter D.E.A. And The Distance Education Center, Hereinafter “C.E.D.” Located At Avenida Jorge Montt N° 11,700, Las Salinas, Viña Del Mar, For A Period Of 24 Months, Whose Characteristics And Technical Requirements, Among Others, Are Stated In These Administrative Bases, In The Technical Bases And In Their Respective Annexes. 2.- “The Offerers” Participating In This Proposal Will Be Obliged To Comply With The Requirements Detailed In These Bases And Technical Specifications. 3.- The Provisions And Documents That Will Govern This Proposal Will Be The Following: A) Law No. 18,928 On Acquisitions And Disposals Of Corporal And Incorporeal Assets And Furniture And Services Of The Armed Forces And Its Regulations. B) Law No. 19,886 On Bases On Administrative Contracts For The Supply And Provision Of Services And Its Regulations. C) Law No. 21,634 That Modernizes Law No. 19,886 And Other Laws, To Improve The Quality Of Public Spending, Increase Standards Of Probity And Transparency And Introduce Circular Economy Principles In State Purchases. D) Law No. 19,983 Of December 15, 2004 On Transfer And Executive Merit Of The Copy Of The Invoice. E) Law No. 20,393 That Establishes Criminal Liability Of Legal Entities In The Crimes Of Money Laundering, Financing Of Terrorism And Bribery Crimes That It Indicates. F) Law No. 20,730 That Regulates Lobbying And Actions That Represent Private Interests Before Authorities And Officials G) Penal Code, Articles 463 Et Seq., Which Contain Bankruptcy Crimes. H) Law No. 21,131 Of January 16, 2019, Which Establishes Payment In Thirty Days. I) Law No. 19,799 Dated April 12, 2002 On Electronic Documents, Electronic Signature And Certification Services Of Said Signature. J) Resolution Approving The Bases Of The Public Proposal For The Contracting Of The “Cleaning Service For Buildings Of The Directorate Of Education And Distance Education Center.” Queries, Responses And Clarifications To The Bases, Through The Public Market Portal. K) Award Resolution. L) Resolution Approving The Contract, Contract And/Or Purchase Order That Is Issued From Time To Time. M) The Questions And Answers Of The Bidding Process. This Tender Contemplates An Estimated Amount Of Budget Availability For The 24 Months Of The Contract Equivalent To $34,000,000.- (Thirty-Four Million Pesos).
