The Subject Of The Public Contract (Works) Is Supplies And Construction Work In The Framework Of The Repair Of Potholes On The Roadway Of Road Iii/2421 Within The Cadastral Boundaries Of The City Of Roztoky Near Prague. These Are Selected Sections Along This Entire Road From The Southern To The Western Border Of The Village. The Most Severely Damaged Sections Will Be Selectively Repaired In The Total Extent According To Appendix No. 3 Of This Tender Documentation. Surface Repairs Will Be Carried Out By Milling The Existing Asphalt Surface And Laying New Layers Of Abrasive Asphalt Concrete. The Selection Of Sections To Be Repaired Will Be Made According To The Current State Of Damage At The Start Of Repairs, With The Largest Possible Areas Of Individual Sections To Be Repaired Being Selected. An Integral Part Of The Contract Is The Removal And Ecological Disposal Of Construction Waste. Road Iii/2421 Is Quite Busy And There Are Three Bus Routes. Closing The Road During Repairs Is Not An Option And Traffic Restrictions Must Be Kept To An Absolute Minimum. The Contract Also Includes The Development Of Relevant Dios Following The Schedule Of Repairs, Approved By The Relevant Di Pčr And Ksús Sk. The Client Stipulates That The Contractor Buys The Milled Asphalt Recycled From Client 2 (Ksús Sk) At A Price According To The Price List Of Unnecessary Stocks Of Ksús Sk, I.E. 70 Czk/T Without Vat. As Part Of Environmental Protection During Construction, It Is Necessary To Pay Particular Attention To The Protection Of Cultural Greenery Against Damage From Construction Activities. In This Area, It Is Necessary To Observe The Principles Of Protection, The Summary Of Which Is Annex No. 5 Of This Procurement Documentation. Both Contracting Parties Will Participate Financially In The Event In The Ratio Given In Article 5 Of This Zd And In Annex No. 3 And Have The Requirement Of Separate Invoicing. The Total Value Of The Order, According To Article 5 Of This Procurement Documentation (Hereafter Referred To As Zd), Is A Fixed And Unexceeded Amount For Which The Participant Is Obliged To Implement The Order. The Competition Parameter Is The Number Of Square Meters Of Bituminous Surface, Which The Participant Will Repair For A Fixed Amount Determined In This Way. Repair Of Dents Is Required By Milling The Existing Surface To Hl. 40 Mm, By Knocking Down, Cutting The Edges, Cleaning, Penetrating And Laying Aco 11 In A Thickness Of 40 Mm In The Machine Room. Subsequently, Cutting And Filling Of The Joints With Asphalt Grout Will Be Carried Out. The Client Requests The Provision Of A Period Of 24 Months From Defective Performance To The Quality Of Repairs.
