The Buyer Will Find Out The Successful Offers Of Different Types Of Biomass (Hereinafter Fuel) Sellers With The Aim Of Concluding Purchase Contracts. The Fuel Will Be Delivered By The Successful Tenderer(S) In Cars According To The Buyers Request To The Balti Elektrijaam, Auvere Elektrijaam Or Eesti Elektrijaam Biocomplex, Where The Amount Of Fuel Will Be Weighed And A Representative Sample Of The Fuel Will Be Taken From Each Shipment To Determine The Quality Of The Fuel And The Amount Of Energy.
