Tenders Are Invited For Excavation, Wedging And Drilling

We Are Asking For Your Offer For Excavation, Wedging And Drilling Work Needed At Tampereen Infra Oys Work Sites. The Customer Already Has A Framework Agreement For The Crushing Works Performed In Tampereen Infra Oys Operating Area, As Well As The Excavation Works Related To The Crushing, Until May 31, 2028. In Accordance With Its Terms, The Customer Uses Each Contract Specifically For The Excavation Works Mentioned Therein. The Procurement Is Divided Into Four (4) Sub-Areas: 1. Large Excavation Works2. Minor Excavation Work3. Wedging Work4. Metric Drilling The Content Of The Works To Be Procured Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Materials. The Procurement Is A Contract Procurement That Exceeds The National Threshold Value. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Acquisition Is Approximately €2,200,000 Vat 0% Including Possible Options And Option Periods. The Customer Does Not Commit To Any Specific Procurement Quantity During The Contract Period. The Procurement Procedure Is An Open Procedure According To § 32 Of The Procurement Act. Sub-Bids Are Allowed, I.E. The Bidder Can Bid For One Or More Sub-Areas. Within The Sub-Area, The Bidder Must Bid For All Priceable Items. Alternative Or Parallel Offers Are Not Allowed. All Points Must Be Offered Within The Sub-Area. More Detailed Instructions Are Provided In The Tender Form (Appendix 3). This Procurement Involves Agreeing On A Framework Arrangement And A Framework Arrangement With Several Operators. For The Framework Arrangement, A Maximum Of Six (6) Bidders Will Be Selected For Each Sub-Area, I.E. A Maximum Of 24 Bidders In Total. The General Contract Conditions Of The Construction Industry Yse 1998 Will Be Applied To The Procurement As Supplementary Contract Conditions. As An Option, We Request In The Sub-Area The 3Rd Unit Price For The Cubic Price Of The Wedge. The Options Do Not Bind The Subscriber. The Quantity Estimates Presented On The Offer Form Are Not Binding On The Customer.
