All Activities To Control The Population Of Stray Dogs Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Regulations For Settlements And In Connection With Submitted Requests And Reports From Citizens, And The Animals Are Provided With A Recovery Stay Of Not Less Than 24 Hours, After Which They Are Returned To The Place Of Capture.
