Controlling The Population Of Stray Dogs On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Vratsa Necessary Actions To Reduce The Population Of Stray Dogs: Capture; Deworming /External And Internal/; Vaccination Against Rabies; Castration Of Female Dogs; Castration Of Male Dogs; Chip And Ear Tagging; Return To Place; Euthanasia Of Aggressive And Terminally Ill Dogs; Collection Of Carcasses Of Dead Dogs; Issuance Of A Veterinary Medical Passport For Stray Dogs. All Activities To Control The Population Of Stray Dogs Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Regulations For Settlements And In Connection With Submitted Requests And Reports From Citizens, And The Animals Are Provided With A Recovery Stay Of Not Less Than 24 Hours, After Which They Are Returned To The Place Of Capture.
