The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Exercise Of Authors Supervision For The Site Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Municipal Roads - Road Knl 1016 Under Priority Project Ор-24-001-0594, Financed Under Agreement №Rd-02-30-1668/20.11.2024 In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 162 Of The Zut. Within The Framework Of The Activity, The Contractor Should Carry Out Authors Supervision Of All Parts Of The Project (Part Road; Temporary Organization And Traffic Safety; Traffic Organization; Part Fire Safety; Part Safety And Health Plan; Part Construction Waste Management Plan; Part Geodesy) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Territorial Planning Act, The Applicable Regulations, Personally And With A Team Of Specialists With Legal Capacity For All Project Parts, According To The Requirements Of Art. 162, Para. 1 And Para. 2 Of The Zut, As The Instructions Of The Designer, Related To His Copyright, For The Exact Observance Of The Investment Project Made By Him Are Entered In The Order Book And Are Mandatory For The Other Participants In The Construction (Art. 162, Para. 3 Of The Zut).
