The Work Involves Providing Routine Maintenance, Inspections, And Minor Corrective Repairs For Traffic Signals And Pedestrian Crossings, Including Maintenance Of Controllers, Cabinets, Conflict Monitors, Ups Systems, Poles/Masts, Junction Boxes, Video Detection Equipment, And Solar Panels, With All Results Documented In Electronic Reports. Quotes Must Include A Lump‑Sum Price For All Required Tasks, With Any Approved Extra Work Billed At An Hourly Rate. All Maintenance Must Be Completed Within Five Business Days Of Notification, With The City Notified Of Any Delays, And The Contractor Must Provide 24/7 Emergency Repair Service, Emergency Contact Numbers, And Be Able To Respond On‑Site Within Four Hours For Emergencies.
